How PlayerSignal separates the match record from player-owned profile details and gives young players control over what is public.

Public match data

PlayerSignal uses public DBU match pages for rankings, minutes and source links. This match record is separate from profile details added by a player.

Player-owned fields

After an approved claim, the profile owner can add, edit or clear optional details such as position, bio, media links and contact routes.

Public visibility

Player-owned details are hidden until the profile owner chooses to show them. Contact details are never public by default.

Parents and guardians

A parent or guardian may support a player claim and can be used as the public contact route when that is more appropriate.

Media links

Only add media, clip or social links when you have the right to share them. Private uploads are kept behind access control and are not included in public APIs.

Correction or removal
