Tell us what happened and what you expected. For app problems, include the version shown in Settings, your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version. A screenshot can help, but remove private information first. If the email link does not open, copy the address above into your preferred email app.

Report a data error

Email a data correction

Please include the player or match link, season, competition (for example U19 Liga or U19 Division), what is wrong, and the correct information or source. Examples include an own goal, a name change, two profiles for the same player or incorrect minutes. Do not send another person's private contact details.

For a privacy or removal request, explain which public record concerns you and whether you are the player or their parent or guardian. We will tell you if more information is needed. We cannot promise that a change to PlayerSignal also changes the original DBU record.

Favorites and notifications

Tap a star to follow or unfollow a public player or club. Favorites are local to each device; no sign-in or profile claim is needed. To enable match reminders and results, open Settings → Match notifications and allow notifications in iOS. You can choose reminders and results separately.

If notifications do not arrive, check iOS Settings → Notifications → PlayerSignal, Focus and Scheduled Summary. In PlayerSignal Settings, check the connection status and use Send test notification. Results depend on the source being updated; reminders concern the team and do not confirm a player's selection.

Offline and source coverage

Previously downloaded data can be viewed offline. Reconnect and refresh to load new information. Minutes are estimated from recorded events; missing substitutions can change totals. Forecast percentages are estimates, not betting odds. Competition and season filters apply separately.
